"I was referred to Tom Thompson Auto Glass for a windshield replacement by Barry at Canadian Tire. I wanted to leave my car there a few hours before my appointment time and was fretting over how we’d keep ourselves amused in the industrial area for several hours while we were waiting, but we were pleased to discover that courtesy cars were available! I’ve been to a few glass shops in the past, but that’s the first time I’ve ever seen one that offered courtesy vehicles. When we returned 2 hours later the car was ready as promised, but they had also pressure-washed the car and vacuumed the front seats (we had stuff in the back seat). Nice touch! I would definitely come back to Tom Thompson Auto Glass and have already recommended you to a few others.”

Excellent Service

“Last night, I had someone break into my vehicle for a blanket in the backseat. It did not frustrate me, because the weather has been cold and they needed the blanket more than I needed it. However, I was eager to have my window fixed. I called 3-4 places, all saying put a bag on it and wait a week till they get my glass in. Obviously, that wasn't preferred. I called Thomson, left a message and within minutes they had my part, and a courtesy vehicle so I could continue my day of work. The worker there was excellent! The speed was excellent! I am very happy with the service and would recommend them!”
